
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A student who seeks admission at the MDPS must show willingness to be a bonafide member of the school community. He/she must submit the following:
Pre-School
· Kinder - 4 ½ to 5 ½ years of age at the start of the school year.
· Prep - 5 ½ to 6 ½ years of age at the start of the school year and has attended Kinder.
· Original and photocopy of birth and baptismal certificates. (Original documents are for authentication purposes)
· Photocopy of Parents’ Marriage Contract
· Completed Application Form
· Payment of Application and Testing Fees
· Two (2) latest ID pictures 2x2 with name written at the back
· One (1) big brown envelope
· Reservation Fee of P1,000 for qualified applicants (non-refundable)
· Passing entrance the examination and interview
Grade School
· Grade 1 – 6 ½ years of age but not more than 7 at start of the school year
· Submission of a certified copy of latest grades with a general average of 83% (no grade below 80%) in any subject
· Conduct grade not lower than B and has no disciplinary case
· Original and Photocopy copies of birth and baptismal certificates

· Photocopy of Parents’ Marriage Contract
· A letter of recommendation from the Principal, Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor
· Completed Application Form
· Payment of Application and Testing Fees
· Two (2) latest ID pictures 2x2 with name written at the back

· Reservation Fee of P1,000 for qualified applicants (non-refundable)

High School
a. Report Card and a copy of 1x1 ID picture.
b. General Average of 83% with no grade lower than 80% in any subject.
c. A satisfactory deportment grade or higher.
d. Practicing Catholic
e. Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor or Principal of the previous school.
f. Payment of the testing fee.
g. Interview
h. Entrance Exam
i. For the final admission, qualified applicants have to submit the following:
- Original copy of Report Card (Form138) duly signed by the Principal and with the promotion to the next higher level properly indicated
- Photocopy of the student’s birth and baptismal certificates.
CURRICULUM
Mother of Divine Providence School has continuously grown towards the definition and fuller understanding of her vision and mission, which, in the context of the situation of the Filipino people, has given shape to the social thrust of MDPSian education.
The MDPS curriculum consists of various subject areas that are the concrete means for achieving the school goals and objectives.
The core of the curriculum is geared towards the development of the total person who is Christian in spirit, centered on his service towards God, neighbor, society and country. It is basically Angelic-Marian in character. It conforms to meet the requirements of the Department of Education taking into consideration the present trends, innovations and modern practices.
The total school program therefore, provides holistic, integrated Christian education. As the learner acquires new knowledge, skills, habits and behavior, Christian values and right attitudes are formed for good citizenship. |
