To radically transform the Information Technology into a forum for promoting the Gospel and human values, and thereby open up new development strategies in mass media and social communications.

OBJECTIVES

1. To establish a nationwide backbone of internet based communications and connectivity through Dioceses, schools and other entities.

2. To develop internet sites that will carry quality content in catechesis, education health care, advocacy and integral human development.

3. To make Information Technology easily accessible to the poor by bringing down cost of bandwidth and hardware.
