Franciscan Philosophy of Education
Mater Divinae Gratiae College is a Catholic School for boys and girls committed to a Christian Education which challenges a person to dedicate himself in love to build the Kingdom of God on earth, following and living the Gospel. It aims at the student’s formation which are the progressive and harmonious development of his spiritual, moral, emotional, physical, cultural and social faculties animated by genuine love of God, of country and neighbors.
An institution or a school must develop an enthusiastic, responsible body of students as ambassadors of goodwill. The surest way to develop the student’s appreciation of this responsibility is to bring him in active participation in the program. School administrators, faculty members and student leaders must guide the students in this responsibility. On this basis, it can be said, that ultimately all functions and responsibilities within the society revolve from and around the members composing the institutional group.
In view of this, this website attempts to present the objectives and functions of Mater Divinae Gratiae College , founded for the good and benefit of the community. Organizational plans, policies and requirements, rights and duties of students which are all part and parcel of good social relationships and interrelationships and together they run the very structure of an institution like this.
