The Bishop is also to seek moments of spiritual encounter with his
brother Bishops, above all, with those of the same province or ecclesiastical
region (Synod of Bishops, Instrumentum Laboris).
Mindanao Bishops' Recollection
Bishop Romulo Valles was designated to
lead the Mindanao Bishops in their almost regular yearly days of
recollection. Archbishop Dosado was requested by him to help in lining up
some points for reflection.
