CLIMATE OF FORMATION

The climate of should be such as that the individual seminarian is able to enter into himself, is able to make a decision, is able to establish fraternal relationships with others and a filial one with God. Therefore, the climate called for in formation should be the climate of trust, openness, and tremendous sense of understanding, acceptance, respect, honesty, and sincerity.
