ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE SCHOOL
The Saint Catherine Academy, as a unit is subject to the supervision/ administration of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the institution.
1. THE SCHOOL COUNCIL
The School Council is the policy making body and coordinating body for academic and non- academic activities. The School Council determines and plans basic policies, subject to final review by the institutional Board of Trustees in conformity with the applicable laws. The Council is composed of the Director, the Principal ,the Assistant Principal in the Elementary and High School Department, Registrar, Administrative Officer and Dean of Students.
2. THE DIRECTOR
The Director is the chief executive officer of the school. He coordinates and supports the work of the administrative staff, faculty and students. He makes the appointments for the operations of the school.
3. THE PRINCIPAL
The Principal is the academic leader He is responsible for the entire development of the school, and the coordination of its academic and non- academic programs.
4. THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPALFORHIGH SCHOOL
The Assistant Principal is responsible in matters pertaining to the curricular programs of the High School Department.
5. THE ASSISTANTPTINCIPALFORGRADE SCHOOL
The Assistant Principal is responsible in matters pertaining to the curricular programs of the Grade School Department.
6. THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
The Administrative Officer is responsible in matters pertaining to the day to day operations and in campus services of the school.
7. THE DEAN OF STUDENTS
The Dean of Students acts as the head of the Board of Prefects.
8. THE BOARD PREFECTS
The Board of Prefects is composed of Year- Level Prefects of Discipline and responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations pertaining to order and discipline as outlined in the Code of Discipline.
9. THE REGISTRAR
The Registrar is responsible for administering and supervising the academic records of the students. He supervises the registration of students and is in charge of the Records Office.
10. THE FACULTY
The Faculty of St. Catherine Academy is expected to handle the classes assigned to him/her. This includes the delivery of lessons and evaluation of student progress in the subject area. Together with this, he or she is also considered as a formator of the young men and women entrusted to the care of the school.
