Every applicant for admission must present either the final report card (form 138 properly signed by the principal of the school last attended or its equivalent). He must fill up the registration form during the period set for enrollment and must pay an initial down payment. He must undergo Entrance Test (for First year) students and Qualifying Test for Transferees High School). Students must strictly follow enrollment procedures. Requirements for Elementary are Xerox copies of Birth / Baptismal Certificates, Form 138 (Report Card), Form 137 Pupils Permanent Record - Original Copy.

Payment of Fees

1. Fees maybe paid in cash or in installment plan.

2. Cash payments are given a discount of 5 percent of the Tuition fee.

3. Under the installment plan, the students shall pay the down payment which includes the miscellaneous fees and 1st month of the tuition fee upon registration and the balance in monthly installment. Books are sold on cash basis.

4. Installment payment shall be made within the first 15 days of the month, unless otherwise examination is scheduled earlier that 15th as stated.

5. No deduction is made for absence or quitting school.

1. First Honors - (I, II, IV yrs) Free Tuition

2. Second Honors - (I, II, IV yrs) Half Tuition

These are for Non-Transferee pupils/students only.

Note:

1. Same privileges are also enjoyed by Elementary Pupils.

2. Academic scholars must maintain a general average of not lesser than 88 percent and 85 percent for valedictorian and salutatorian.

Second Honors - 50% Free on Tuition only
